1. Membership applications voted on for new membership for Soonyou Kwon MD and Liana Abramova MD and approved
2. New Secretary –Treasurer Ali Hendi voted on and approved
3. New Texting system for CME credits. Email has been sent and will be resent

IV. Guest speakers:
