BUSINESS MEETING

Call to Order at 7:12pm

I. Minutes

Minutes from the June 7th 2011 meeting were approved.

II. Membership

II. Applications were presented for:

Andrea L Volk, MD
Lei Lei Huffman, MD
Rosemarie H. Liu, MD
Agnes Ju Chang, MD

Their membership will be voted on at the following meeting.

III. Old Business

Vote was in favor to use scholarship funds for the Atlantic Dermatological Conference 2013. Twenty one votes were for and no votes were against the use of these funds.

It was agreed that any funds used would try to be replenished after the Atlantic Dermatological Conference. Some limited funds can continue to be awarded for scholarships during this period after the scholarship committee revises the criteria for awarding such scholarships.

ii. Member dues – Only 50 people have paid dues. CME will not be rewarded if dues are not collected

b. Call for Nominations. www.aad.org/election/nominate

c. Benjamin Lockshin, MD was voted in at Secretary/Treasurer for the 2011-2012 year

d. The Plaque for the past president will be presented at the next meeting
