MEETING MINUTES

Tuesday, January 13, 2009

Business Meeting called to order by Dr. Roselyn Epps at 7:09 pm.

OLD BUSINESS

Minutes of meeting at Fairfax Hospital were presented and approved.

MEMBERSHIP
The applications of Dr. Thomas Enelow and Dr. Ali Hendi were approved and voted in as members. 
Dr. Iris Rubin has completed an application which will be voted upon at the next meeting.

CME
CME sponsorship is either settled or will be in the near future.

NEW BUSINESS

MEDICARE
The Highmark Medicare Contractor Advisory Committee has an open position for a dermatologist.   They meet 3-4x/year.  Any interested members should contact Dr. Epps.

UPCOMING MEETING
The next meeting will be at Bethesda Naval Medical Center on Friday, 2/27/09.  Time to be announced.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:13 pm.
