I. Minutes

Minutes from the September 27th 2011 meeting were approved.

II. Membership

Membership applications were approved for:

New membership applications presented:

Sylvana Turr-Saunders, MD
Stephanie Daniel, MD
Haley B. Naik, MD

III. New Business

a. Scholarship Committee:

Scott Norton, MD was announced as the new chair and
Heidi Kong, MD is a new member of the committee.

The committee is to revise the bylaws for the awarding scholarships this year.

b. The Plaque for the past president will be presented at the next meeting.
