III. Membership:

a. Application approved for W. Gerald Klingler, M.D

b. Application for Andrea L. Volk, M.D. presented. Since application incomplete, vote is postponed

IV. New Business:

a. Dues: out of potential $26,250 in dues for 2010-2011, we have collected $15,125 (57%)Discussion regarding that CME be contingent on payment of membership dues , retroactive to 2009.

V. Announcements:

a. SkinPac reception Monday June 13 DC. with Dr. Moy, AAD President and Ron Henrichs, the CEO and Executive Vice President , AAD
