a. CME has been awarded for 2009-10 and award certificates have been emailed to all members. Please contact the office if you have not received yours. CME for 2010-11 should be finalized in the next few months.

V. New Business: Reminder that Atlantic dermatology meeting will be held in DC in 2013 and contract negotiations with hotels are underway.
