NEWS - September 2005

Dear Physician:

Please be aware of the following events taking place soon:

You are invited to attend the Washington Hospital Center Dermatology Grand Rounds. Diagnostic and Treatment Dilemmas are welcome. These community grand rounds are scheduled for the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursday of each month. They provide an opportunity for private dermatologists to present difficult cases and to be involved in teaching dermatology residents from George Washington University and the Washington Hospital Center. Attendees are awarded 2 CME credits per session. For additional information or to schedule a patient for presentation, please call Mary Ellen Hanssen in the Department of Dermatology at 202-877-6654.

The Atlantic Dermatological Committee will meet prior to the D.C. Dermatology Mtg. at Washington Hospital Center. Please arrive at 6:00pm on Sept 27th for a discussion that will last until the regular 6:30pm meeting start time.

Scheduling change: November 15th meeting at George Washington Univ. has been cancelled.

Case Western Reserve University will be hosting the Cicatricial Alopecia Colloquium on Monday, October 17, 2005. It will take place in the Lister Hill Auditorium at NIH. Contact Eleanor Fleyshman at 216-844-7872 for registration details.
